What To Expect

By paying for the session rate listed below, you will receive all edited high resolution files with printing and social media rights. If you would like to purchase prints, wall art, or anything else using one of the photos from your session, it is all available in my store. If you would like to see the products Caitlyn Bree Photography offers, click here! If you don't see something that you're looking to purchase, contact me and we can discuss options. It is highly recommended that you purchase your prints through my store for the highest quality. If you choose to print your photos at exterior places such as Walmart or CVS, I am not responsible for the quality, color, or any other issues that occur while printing elsewhere. Photo turnover time depends on how busy I am at the time of your shoot, contact me to see what my current schedule is. If you need the photos by a specific date, it is imperative that you discuss this with me when inquiring.

How to prepare

The two main things are an itinerary/timeline of what is happening at what time, and a shot list. The shot list is just a list of specific pictures that you wanted to get with guests. Traditionally after the ceremony before the guests start making their way to the reception, we would call everyone on your list. For example, "bride and groom with both parents", "bride with her grandparents", "groom with his grandparents", "groom with his siblings", etc. This will help me help you, taking a bit of stress off your plate for the day. Please plan ahead for dinner/the eating situation. Most couples generally include the photographer in the seating and head count for the food portions. This is completely up the the you, but if you should decide to not include me in the meal head count, please let me know ahead of time so I can plan my own meal accordingly.

Not everyone wants "getting ready" photos, but if you decide that you do, let me know so I can be there! Its very easy to forget the small details when planning such a big event; communication is key.

If there are any other requests, such as a "first look" with your spouse, they are welcomed! Telling me before the day of will help me disperse the time that we have available to accommodate for the request, and keep the day moving smoothly.
